We look after the management and maintenance of the yachts so you don't have to, allowing you to maximize your time on the water.

The Pennant Yachts LeaseShare Program

Since 2005 we have been providing first class sail and power yachts on a shared basis at the finest marinas in Miami and Annapolis. These are yachts that you would be proud to call your own, starting at $630 per month.

The program combines the best features of Time Share and Fractional Ownership models; with no up-front capital investment. A fixed low lease fee is all you pay (except for fuel and engine charges on power boats).

Each day is split into two timeslots - one runs from 9 am to 5 pm, the other from 5 pm overnight to 9 am the next morning. Each Captain is allocated a certain number of these timeslots, depending on location and share size.

You can use them one at a time or string together as many as you like to take a quick overnight or a longer trip. In fact we will guarantee cruises spanning 3 to 6 days -- depending on depending on your share size.

Our substantial investment in proprietary scheduling technology ensures fairness to all and maximum flexibility in arranging the times to use your yacht.

Maintenance and Support

Among other things, this is what sets Pennant Yachts apart from its peers. Each yacht is professionally cleaned and maintained weekly. Proactive maintenance ensures minimum disruption to the use of your yacht, and our technicians are on call around the clock for anything that does come up.

Insurance

Each yacht carries $2,000,000 of liability protection and full hull coverage. Your deductible depends on your choice of yachts. Hurricane preparations and related costs are on us!
